DECKS

This contract DOESDOES NOT include the installation of a concrete deck or walk around the pool. If concrete decking is included, Supreme Spa & Pool will arrange for installation of a concrete deck as follows: FINISH: BroomStampedSealed ft. wide concrete deck on sides of pool, ft. wide concrete deck on ends of pool, ft. wide band around entire pool, sq. ft. The cost of additional concrete is sq. ft. for BROOM finish, sq. ft. for STAMPED finish, sq. ft. to add SEALER.
*3/4 Limestone for backfill may be included for pools sold with concrete decking. The amount of limestone provided will not exceed loads.
Buyer agrees that concrete work cannot commence until excavation and/or compaction are complete. Buyer acknowledges that Seller does not warrant and hereby expressly disclaims any warranty for concrete work other than that contained in this contract. This includes, but is not limited to, decking, walkways, or any concrete not contained in the contract. Buyer will pay for concrete pump if access on jobsite does not allow for concrete truck to pour concrete without pump for any stages concrete is poured.

Installation and Construction: Construction of the pool shall be substantially completed in approximately days after completion of excavation and compaction weather permitting and subject to any approvals required by any codes or other government agency having jurisdiction over Buyer(s) property.
