In-Ground Pool Closing Agreement


In-Ground Pool Closing will consist of winterizing all plumbing lines, both inlet(s) and outlet(s), drain water from filter(s) and pump(s). Remove all removable handrails and ladders.

Included with In-Ground Pool Closings:

  • (1) 24,000 gallon winterizing chemical kit
  • Swimming Pool Grade Antifreeze (typical use is 1 gallon for every inlet, outlet, pump, filter, heater, slide, fountain, water feature).
  • Return & Skimmer plugs and Skimmer Whizzmo.

Return Jet Plugs & Skimmer Wizzmo:

  • Supreme Spa & Pool will replace return jet and skimmer plugs.

Draining Pool:

Your in-ground pool may or may not need to be drained. Please confirm with your SSP Rep whether yours will need to be drained or not.

  • If your pool needs drained, it must be drained 1" below the lowest inlet (return jet) or outlet (skimmer) on the sidewall of the pool. Pools not drained will be rescheduled to a later date and a $95 service charge will be added to pool closing invoice.

  • If your pool is built or designed not to be drained and has an Aquador Skimmer Plug, please remind your SSP Rep. at the time of scheduling your pool closing.

Pool Covers (if applicable):

  • Installation of a Mesh Safety cover is an additional $100 fee.
  • Automatic Pool Covers will be closed at NO CHARGE (if the cover will close when pool is drained).
  • SSP is not responsible for winter covers blown off of pool.

Extras:

  1. Draining of Pool $95/hour per SSP employee.
  2. Additional Services not listed above are invoiced at $95/hour per SSP employee on site.

*Supreme Spa & Pool is not responsible for freezing of pipes, fittings, skimmers, pump(s), filter(s), heater(s), slide, fountain(s), and water feature(s) prior to scheduled appointment, faulty plumbing valves, mishandling of pool equipment after SSP has completed winterization service.

The services and additional charges have been read, agreed and acknowledged by the customer, I also authorize Supreme Spa & Pool to charge card on file for additional services beyond what is included upon completion of work.
